Supporting you back to optimum health
Want to feel well again?
I am a nutritional therapist specialising in women's health and hormonal imbalances. I help women feel more in control of their hormones, get more energy and reduce their symptoms so they can live life to the full again.
Based on my own experience of living with endometriosis, I have seen first hand the impact that food can have on your health. Nutrition made a massive difference to me and enabled me to regain control of my health and stop it ruling how I lived my life.
That is what motivated me, along with a love of food and cooking, to become a nutritional therapist to help others get their health back on track and enjoy life again.
I can work with you to address any health concerns you may have and help you find a way forward.

What is nutritional therapy?
What I love about nutritional therapy, is that it treats you as an individual and recognises that one approach does not fit every person or every health condition. We are all different – genetically, in our body’s biochemistry, in what we eat, our previous experiences and our lifestyles. And so, it makes sense that any approach to changing your health needs to take account of all these factors and be tailored to you as a unique individual.
Nutritional therapy is about understanding in detail you as an individual and what is happening in your body. We look at what might be causing any imbalance in your body and then address this with the use of nutrients in food, supplements as well as through lifestyle changes such as sleep, exercise and relaxation.
There is such a minefield of information around about diet, supplements and how to improve certain health conditions, that sometimes it can be difficult and confusing to know where to start. I can help you make sense of it all and come up with a plan that works for you.

How I work
I know all too well how difficult it can be to make changes to your diet and lifestyle when you feel tired and unwell and life is busy. That's why I work with you to make gradual changes at a pace that works for you. My recommendations are tailored to your food likes and dislikes, lifestyle and health condition. You will get plenty of support as well as practical advice on how to make changes to your diet and lifestyle with recipes and menu plans.
This is a one-off appointment designed to review your diet and supplements in light of any health issues you may be experiencing. It is great for anyone who has seen a nutritional therapist in the past or made dietary changes themselves but would like some further advice or a review. You will leave with a personalised nutrition and supplement plan.
