Want to feel well again?
If the answer to any of these questions is Yes, then I am ready to work with you to help you on your journey back to optimum health.
I am based in Hertfordshire, but currently all appointments are online and are available at evenings and weekends.
How I work
Nutritional therapy does not work overnight, but by working together and gradually making improvements to your diet and lifestyle, you should start to see improvements to your health.
I want to make change manageable for you and help you achieve long term improvements to your health. That is why I believe the best way of working together is a nutrition programme. This gives you an intensive period of support to be able to make changes.
You can opt for weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions and will get plenty of tips and advice about how to introduce changes to your diet and lifestyle including recipes and meal planners. It means we can introduce change at a pace that works for you and gradually build on your progress. We can quickly amend anything that you are finding more challenging and you will get the motivation to keep making progress towards your health goals.
The Health MOT is a one off appointment designed to give you advice and a nutrition plan to take forward for any health concerns you may have, for example hormonal imbalances, low energy, headaches, digestive problems, skin problems, frequent infections etc.
This could be useful if you have seen a nutritional therapist in the past or tried different things yourself but want to review your diet and supplement regime. It could also be useful if you are starting to experience new symptoms that you want to nip in the bud or are having a flare-up of a previous health condition that you want to get back on track again.
Programmes of support
Programmes of support are ideal for anyone with a more chronic health condition like endometriosis, PCOS or IBS, where more intensive support is needed to achiever your health goals. Three, six and twelve session programmes are available.
You decide whether to start with weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions and if you want to reduce the frequency of sessions over time. This means we can make gradual changes at a pace that works for you. There is plenty of support on implementing the recommended changes through practical handouts, recipes and meal plans. You also get the motivation to keep going and make positive changes.
