Perimenopause Workshop

Nutrition and lifestyle tips to help manage symptoms

The perimenopause can be a difficult time. At first you may not even realise that your hormones are starting to fluctuate. You may be in your 40's, feeling tired, more anxious than you used to or just not feeling yourself. We can beat ourselves up about this, but often it is a sign your hormones are the problem!

Or you may be getting signs that you are definitely in the perimenopause - hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings, weight gain and want to know what you can do to reduce the symptoms.

The good news is that there are plenty of things you can try yourself to manage the symptoms. This workshop will give you plenty of practical diet and lifestyle tips to help you manage this natural transition and feel more like the old you. You'll get to try some gentle yoga for balance and calm alongside some cooling breath practice.

There will also be plenty of time to get any questions you have answered at the end of the workshop.

This workshop is for you if you:

Are in your late 30's or early 40's and want to take steps to ensure your perimenopause goes as smoothly as possible

Are in your 40's and 50's and already experiencing perimenopausal symptoms

Want some ideas about diet and lifestyle tips to help manage symptoms

Would like to feel less stressed or anxious

Feel like your hormones have gone out of balance and want some help re-balancing them

Are tired and want to get more energy and have a better night's sleep

Are wondering why you seem to put weight on more easily and what you can do about it

“The content was really good and explained really clearly. Really good workshop and very informative”

Valerie

Everything was covered - very interesting that we are all actually the same - struggling with what to eat - how much - and what will food do to our bodies and amazingly how food can one time be good for your body but a change in hormones then that food may not be so good
