3 month 1 to 1 Nutrition Programme

How can the 3 Month Programme help you?
This programme gives you 3 months of support to get you on the right track with managing your health concerns. This can help make a difference to symptoms like headaches, PMS or low energy levels.
Three months gives us time to understand why these symptoms might be happening and put some food, supplement and lifestyle support in place to help start to rebalance things.
It means that we can make changes that feel manageable to you and that you can keep using after the programme ends. You will be given practical recommendations that aren’t going to take hours of extra time to do. I’ll also help you to come up with ideas to make the changes, with recipe and shopping suggestions.
The follow-up sessions help us to review progress, keep you on track and make any changes if something isn’t working for you.
By the end of the 3 months you’ll have a plan in place that you can keep working on long term.
How does the 3 Month Programme work?
You will be sent a food diary and nutrition questionnaire to complete before your appointment, to allow me understand more about your health concerns, current diet and lifestyle. It also gives me chance to do some research on any supplements and medications you are currently taking.
The first session will be a 75-minute consultation and we'll delve deep into your symptoms to work out where the imbalances are in the body and what might have caused them. We'll also talk about your food preferences, how much time you have for cooking, along with talking about your lifestyle, sleep patterns and ways you relax.
I will then send you some food, supplement and lifestyle recommendations to start working on, along with recommendations for tests that may be helpful from your GP.
Session 2, two weeks later will be for 45 minutes to review progress, answer any questions and add to your plan.
You’ll get 2 further 45 minute follow-up sessions, one every month.
You'll also have email support between sessions for any questions about your plan.
