We all feel tired from time to time and usually a few good night's sleep sorts it out. But constant fatigue, where it's an effort to get up off the sofa and you're struggling to get through the day is not normal.

All sorts of things can result in long term fatigue and this workshop will talk you through some of the main causes and what you can do about them.

You'll plenty of practical diet and lifestyle tips to help you manage your energy levels and help you feel more like the old you.

After the workshop you'll get emailed a copy of my e-book Recharge your Energy Levels, which gives you plenty of recipes to help put some of the advice given into practice.

There will also be plenty of time to get any questions you have answered at the end of the workshop.
