Everything was covered - very interesting that we are all actually the same - struggling with what to eat - how much - and what will food do to our bodies and amazingly how food can one time be good for your body but a change in hormones then that food may not be so good

The next workshop will be on Saturday 15th March 2025, from 10.30 to 12 at Fairhaven Wholefoods in Letchworth Garden City.

If you can't attend in person, you can join online via Zoom or get a copy of the recording to play back when you have time.

After the event, you will be emailed a copy of my free e-book of hormone balancing recipe ideas to help put the advice into practice.
