How nutritional therapy can help with endometriosis - 25th March 2024

Join this free online talk about how nutritional therapy can help manage endometriosis symptoms and hear about my 5 step approach to starting to support endometriosis clients.

Want to feel well again?

Are you feeling like your hormones are raging out of control? Maybe you are fed up of feeling tired all the time and not being able to do the things you used to? Or perhaps you are looking for a way of reducing the pain and bloating you are experiencing?

These symptoms can have a massive impact on your day to day life and make you feel miserable. I know how hard it is to live with them, because I had all of them too when my endometriosis was at it's worse. But it doesn't have to be this way. Nutrition made a big difference to my symptoms and I can help you get your health back on track too.

I re-trained as a nutritional therapist specialising in women's health and hormone imbalances. I now help other women to get their health back on track so they can live life to the full again.

You may be feeling like making changes to your diet feels too overwhelming or that you don't have the time or energy to cook foods from scratch. I will work with you to make gradual changes at a pace that suits you. We will tailor things to your lifestyle and you will get plenty support along the way.

All appointments are online.

Desperate to get some relief from your endometriosis pain? Want to try a more natural way to manage your symptoms? Heard about using diet to reduce endometriosis symptoms but don't know where to start?

If yes, my free e-book is for you. I outline my five point plan for tackling endometriosis symptoms and explain the foods that can reduce inflammation in the body and those that increase it. The accompanying recipes are designed to help you put it all into practice.

How can nutritional therapy help you?

  • Do you feel frustrated by the lack of options for your current health concerns?
  • Do you want a nutrition plan that is tailored to you, your diet and lifestyle?
  • Confused about all the information online about managing your health condition?

Nutritional therapy can help. We will look at where the imbalances are in your body that are driving your symptoms. We'll then work on how to re-balance these with changes to your diet, the use of supplements and working on lifestyle issues like sleep and stress.

Your plan will be tailored to you as an individual and we'll work with where you are currently at, your foods preferences, how much time you have for cooking and how much change you feel you can make.

Nutritional therapy can help with:

Pre-menstrual syndrome

Painful periods

Endometriosis

Fibroids

Migraine and headaches

Low energy levels

Bloating

Menopausal symptoms

Adenomyosis

Poly cystic ovarian syndrome

Cystitis

Irritable bowel syndrome

Immune system support

And much more...

“I feel much healthier, my Endo pain eased and I even lost some weight. Emma was fantastic and any changes made were gradual, Emma was also very flexible with my package and allowed these to be spread out so we could plan around pre and post surgery.”

– Teresa –

"It has greatly improved my management of my endo symptoms which in turn had made me feel much more in control and empowered, so a massive impact! Emma was really down to earth and knowledgeable. The advice was easy to follow and it genuinely felt like catching up with a friend!"

Vanessa

"I feel that it has helped to bring my hormones into better balance and help to reduce some of the symptoms of peri-menopause such as night sweats. I also feel more in control of managing my blood sugar levels which was causing a lot of fatigue. I feel I have a better understanding of which types of food I need for my particular symptoms and what their health benefits are. I found the sessions very supportive and thorough".
