I know how hard it is to live with them, because I had all of them too when my endometriosis was at it's worse. But it doesn't have to be this way. Nutrition made a big difference to my symptoms and I can help you get your health back on track too.

I re-trained as a nutritional therapist specialising in women's health and hormone imbalances. I now help other women to get their health back on track so they can live life to the full again.

You may be feeling like making changes to your diet feels too overwhelming or that you don't have the time or energy to cook foods from scratch. I will work with you to make gradual changes at a pace that suits you. We will tailor things to your lifestyle and you will get plenty support along the way.

I am based in Hertfordshire and do in person talks, workshops and corporate nutrition.
