Asian inspired slaw
Preparation time: 15 minutes
For the dressing:
1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
Half a tablespoon of clear honey
1 clove of garlic crushed
Half a tablespoon of grated ginger
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seed oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice from 1 lime
1 handful fresh coriander chopped
For the slaw:
Half a red cabbage
1 pack of radishes
1 bunch of spring onions
- Put all the ingredients for the dressing into a jar and shake well to combine.
- Finely slice the cabbage, radishes and spring onions and grate the carrot.
- Combine all the slaw ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour over the dressing and stir until the slaw is well coated.
