Salad with red cabbage, carrots and radish

Asian inspired slaw

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Serves: 6


For the dressing:

1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce

Half a tablespoon of clear honey

1 clove of garlic crushed

Half a tablespoon of grated ginger

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seed oil

1 tablespoon olive oil

Juice from 1 lime

1 handful fresh coriander chopped

For the slaw:

Half a red cabbage

3 carrots

1 pack of radishes

1 bunch of spring onions


  1. Put all the ingredients for the dressing into a jar and shake well to combine.
  2. Finely slice the cabbage, radishes and spring onions and grate the carrot.
  3. Combine all the slaw ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Pour over the dressing and stir until the slaw is well coated.
