Overnight oats

Ingredients
- 150g porridge oats
- 1 chopped apple
- 1 grated carrot
- 150ml almond milk (or any other type of milk)
- 50ml apple juice
- 60g blueberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 handfuls of mixed nuts
- 1 handful of coconut flakes
- 3 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Leave to soak overnight in the fridge
- Add some extra fresh berries or fruit in the morning along with a tablespoon of pumpkin seeds and enjoy for breakfast
- This will keep in the fridge for several days
