Ingredients

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 apple
  • 250ml water
  • 1/2 cm of root ginger

Directions

  1. Peel the carrot and ginger and cut into chunks
  2. Cut the apple into chunks (I leave the peel on)
  3. Add all the ingredients to a Nutribullet and blend until smooth.
