Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 1 apple
- 250ml water
- 1/2 cm of root ginger
Directions
- Peel the carrot and ginger and cut into chunks
- Cut the apple into chunks (I leave the peel on)
- Add all the ingredients to a Nutribullet and blend until smooth.
